2. Role and Responsibilities of Diwall

Diwall is an online platform that allows users to publish advertisements for buying, selling, or introducing goods and services. Diwall's role is exclusively to facilitate initial contact between users via contact information (such as a phone number) and it is not involved in any way in the process of direct sales, shipping, or fund transfers.

Diwall assumes no responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of the goods and services advertised. All transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and seller, and Diwall accepts no financial or legal liability for them.

We make every effort to review advertisements by our human team, but we reserve the right to remove or block any content or user account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

3. Terms of Use and User Account

Legal Eligibility: By creating an account, the User confirms that they have the legal capacity (age of 18 years) to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Registration Information: The User agrees to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. The responsibility for any inaccurate information lies with the User.

Account Security: The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Content

The User agrees to use Diwall's services only for lawful and legitimate purposes and assumes full responsibility for the content they publish. Posting advertisements for the following items is strictly prohibited:

• Any firearms, melee weapons, and related ammunition.
• Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and their derivatives.
• Alcoholic beverages and other items prohibited by law and religious principles.
• Any advertisements with sexual content, offering sexual services, or related to sex work.
• Any false, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content.

5. Financial and Payment Policies

Currently, all general services of Diwall are free for users. However, Diwall reserves the right to set a fee for certain special services in the future. These services may include:

• Posting an excessive number of ads in a specific category.
• Pinning an advertisement to the front page or top of search results.
• Other promotional and premium services.

Any changes to the financial policies will be communicated to users before implementation.

6. Reporting Violations and Dispute Resolution

Diwall plays no role in transactions between users and is not responsible for any potential disputes between them. However, users can report suspicious content or violating ads to the Diwall team through the "Report" option. Our team will take appropriate action after reviewing the report.

Within the framework of the law, Diwall will cooperate with the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan by providing information to address crimes or disputes upon official request.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kabul.

Diwall reserves the right to amend or update this document at any time. The new version will be communicated to users via the website, and continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the new changes.
